Head of Data & AI Engineering — Remote

Michigan Health and Hospital Association Service Corporation is seeking a hands-on Lead, Data & AI Engineering to build the data layer and intelligence atop it. You will own ingestion, modeling, governance, and serving across the company, partnering with Product and Engineering to ship AI- and LLM-powered features. This is a player-coach role: design pipelines, develop data models, and prototype AI capabilities while managing a small team of 2–4 engineers.
