Zania is building AI agents for enterprise governance, risk, and compliance teams to execute complex workflows with full explainability. We seek a Head of Engineering who will own end-to-end engineering, scale the team from ~5 to 20+ engineers, and personally ensure the product is world-class.
This is a hands-on leadership role, requiring an engineer who can read a PR, fix architectural issues, and lead by example while partnering with the CEO on product strategy and customer conversations.
