Global PE Data & AI Engineering Lead

The Carlyle Group is seeking a hands-on Manager, Global Private Equity Data and AI Engineer to lead AI and data engineering on a cloud platform (Snowflake, dbt, AWS) spanning portfolio data, deals, funds, and valuations. You will own AI-enabled tools and integrations, enabling investment teams to work with governed data. You will lead a team of contract engineers, ensure data accuracy, security, and reliability, and collaborate with finance, investor relations and leadership.
