Our client is seeking an GSS AI Engineer in Boston, MA. This is a direct hire role and onsite 3 days per week.

This role puts you at the intersection of AI and investing. You’ll sit alongside our Global Special Situations (GSS) investing and operations teams to design and deploy AI tools that make every part of the investment process more efficient, and more data driven.
KEY RESPOSIBILITIES
Identify high-value use cases
by working directly with GSS investment professionals, translating business needs into technical projects, and delivering functional tools
Build and deploy AI solutions
to streamline all aspects of the investment process — from sourcing and market mapping to due diligence and portfolio analytics.
Build and deploy AI solutions
to streamline all aspects of internal business processes — from finance to operations, from legal to HR.
Prototype and evaluate AI tools
(LLMs, agents, data enrichment, automation frameworks, etc.) that can improve decision-making and team efficiency. xsgimln
Background:
3-5 years of experience at a top tier investment or comparable firm with a strong track record of delivering technical or analytically complex work
Ability to remain highly hands-on and deeply embedded in the work while also operating independently and effectively advocating for priorities in a cross-functional environment.
