Job Title: Full Stack Back-End Developer (Agentic AI)
Location: Alpharetta, GA (Hybrid – 3 Days Onsite, 2 Days Remote)
Note: Thursday is mandatory onsite; Tue/Wed preferred

Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Agentic AI Backend Developer to design, build, and deploy intelligent, autonomous systems capable of reasoning, planning, and executing complex tasks. This role requires strong backend engineering expertise combined with hands-on experience in modern AI frameworks, RAG architectures, and cloud environments.
The ideal candidate will collaborate across Engineering, Security, and DevOps teams to develop scalable, enterprise-grade AI solutions aligned with development standards and best practices.
Responsibilities:
Design and develop end-to-end agentic AI systems for autonomous task execution
Implement various agent models such as:
Reflex agents
Goal-based agents
Learning agents
Build and integrate AI solutions using frameworks like LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, or Semantic Kernel
Develop backend services using Python and Java
Implement RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines with vector databases
Integrate AI systems with REST APIs, databases, and third-party services
Collaborate with Security, Engineering, and Platform teams to follow DevOps and enterprise standards
Deploy and manage applications in cloud environments (GCP / Oracle Cloud)
Participate in CI/CD processes using tools like Jenkins, Git, Fortify
Ensure high-quality, scalable, and maintainable code practices
Required Skills:
6+ years of application development experience
Strong expertise in Python (AI/ML ecosystem)
5+ years of experience in Java and backend/web development
1+ year of experience building agent-based AI systems
Experience with at least one AI orchestration framework:
LangChain
LangGraph
AutoGen
Semantic Kernel
Hands-on experience with:
Vector databases (Pinecone, FAISS, Weaviate, etc.)
RAG architectures
Strong experience with API integration (REST, Webhooks)
Cloud experience (GCP or Oracle Cloud preferred)
4+ years working with DevOps tools (Jenkins, Git, CI/CD pipelines)
Preferred Skills:
Experience building autonomous AI agents in production environments
Knowledge of LLM fine-tuning and prompt engineering
Exposure to microservices architecture
Familiarity with enterprise security practices
Strong problem-solving and multi-tasking abilities
Excellent communication and cross-team collaboration skills
