We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Generative AI Engineer to design and implement intelligent systems using cutting-edge GenAI frameworks. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Python, LangChain, LangGraph, AI agents, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and Model Customization Personalization (MCP). You will be responsible for building scalable, modular, and context-aware AI solutions that drive innovation across our enterprise platforms.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in AIML engineering, with hands-on expertise in GenAI technologies.
Proficiency in Python and experience with LangChain, LangGraph, and vector databases (e.g., FAISS, Pinecone, Weaviate).
Strong understanding of AI agent frameworks and orchestration strategies.
Experience implementing RAG architectures and integrating external knowledge sources.
Familiarity with MCP techniques, including prompt tuning, LoRA, and adapter-based fine-tuning.
Experience with LLMs (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, HuggingFace models).
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Responsibilities
GenAI Engineer: Design and develop modular GenAI workflows using LangChain and LangGraph to orchestrate complex reasoning and task execution.
AI Agents: Build and deploy autonomous AI agents capable of multi-step reasoning, tool usage, and dynamic decision-making.
RAG Pipelines: Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation systems using vector databases and retrievers to enhance contextual relevance and accuracy.
Model Customization (MCP): Fine-tune and personalize foundation models using prompt engineering, adapters, and other MCP techniques to align with business-specific use cases.
Integration & Deployment: Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate GenAI solutions into existing applications and services.
Performance Optimization: Monitor and optimize model performance, latency, and reliability across various environments.
Security & Governance: Ensure responsible AI practices, including data privacy, model integrity, and compliance with internal and external standards.
Innovation: Stay current with the latest advancements in GenAI, LLMs, and agentic frameworks to continuously improve solution capabilities.
