You’ll be responsible for building modular GenAI workflows and deploying autonomous AI agents for complex reasoning and decision‑making.
Rate Range:
$45/hour to $56/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.
Responsibilities
Design and implement modular GenAI workflows using LangChain and LangGraph for orchestrating complex tasks.
Develop and deploy autonomous AI agents capable of multi‑step reasoning and dynamic decision‑making.
Build Retrieval‑Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines using vector databases to improve contextual accuracy.
Customize foundation models through prompt engineering, LoRA, and adapter‑based fine‑tuning for business‑specific use cases.
Integrate GenAI solutions into enterprise applications in collaboration with engineering teams.
Monitor and optimize model performance, ensuring reliability, scalability, and compliance with responsible AI practices.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years in AI/ML engineering, with hands‑on experience in Generative AI technologies.
Proficiency in Python and experience with LangChain, LangGraph, and vector databases such as FAISS or Pinecone.
Demonstrated expertise in building and deploying AI agents, implementing RAG architectures, and customizing foundation models using MCP techniques.
