Owning the hands-on technical delivery of production generative AI systems, the full-time salaried Generative AI Engineer will design, implement, and optimize AI architectures while ensuring operational reliability and best practices in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
Design and build production-grade generative AI systems, including workflows and LLM applications integrated with enterprise data
Own operational outcomes for production AI systems, implementing monitoring and maintaining CI/CD pipelines for deployment
Define and enforce engineering standards and best practices for GenAI workstreams while providing technical guidance to team members
Required qualifications
Demonstrated experience shipping production-grade LLM or generative AI systems
Experience building automated evaluation pipelines for LLM outputs and implementing human-in-the-loop controls
Strong track record in designing and operating complex distributed systems in enterprise environments
Experience with CI/CD pipeline design and operation for AI services
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related field, or equivalent practical experience
