We at Coforge are hiring for an experienced GenAI / Agentic AI Engineer (Airlines Domain) with a strong background in Generative AI, Agentic AI, LLMs & RAG architectures, preferably with Airlines/Aviation domain exposure with the following skill set:
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML and Generative AI solutions for airline use cases.
Build and optimize LLM-based applications using techniques such as RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation).
Develop Agentic AI workflows for autonomous decision-making, orchestration, and task execution.
Implement AI solutions for airline systems such as customer support, booking assistance, operations analytics, disruption management, and personalization.
Integrate AI models with airline platforms including PSS, booking engines, and operational systems.
Deploy and manage AI solutions on Azure and AWS cloud environments.
Work with APIs, data pipelines, and real‑time data sources.
Ensure model performance, scalability, security, and compliance.
Collaborate with product, data, engineering, and business teams to translate airline requirements into AI solutions.
Required Skills & Experience:
4+ years of work experience with Agentic AI Development.
2+ years of work experience with Airline Reservations.
