Job Description:
We are looking for a Senior AI Enablement Consultant with 10+ years of IT experience to drive Generative AI adoption across the Product Development Lifecycle (PDLC). The ideal candidate will work hands-on with product and engineering teams to integrate AI tools into software development, testing, DevOps, and delivery workflows.
Key Responsibilities: Implement AI-powered development practices using GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, and other GenAI tools. Coach developers, QA engineers, and product teams on effective AI adoption. Integrate AI into coding, testing, CI/CD, and engineering workflows. Develop reusable AI playbooks, guidelines, templates, and best practices. Ensure responsible AI adoption, including security, privacy, governance, and compliance. Measure improvements in engineering productivity, development cycle time, test coverage, and software quality.
Required Qualifications: 10+ years of experience in software development, platform engineering, DevOps, or technology consulting. Hands-on experience with Generative AI tools and AI-assisted software development. Strong understanding of SDLC/PDLC, CI/CD, automation, and software testing. Experience in technical coaching, AI enablement, and enterprise transformation. Ability to demonstrate measurable outcomes from AI adoption initiatives.
