As a
Gen AI Engineer , you will be part of an Agile team focused on building innovative healthcare applications and implementing new features while adhering to best-in-class coding and development standards.
Key Responsibilities
4–6 years of experience applying Machine Learning and Predictive Modeling to optimize outcomes and identify the best approaches.
Deep knowledge in Generative AI and Agentic AI; prior experience in the healthcare/health services sector is preferred.
Strong software development background and cross-functional teamwork.
Passionate about developing methods to uncover solutions using large datasets and partnering with stakeholders to enhance business outcomes.
Learning mindset; driven to continuously learn and master emerging technologies and techniques.
Technical Skills:
Advanced proficiency in Python and PyTorch for large-scale data manipulation, model training, and evaluation.
Experience in designing, conducting, analyzing, and interpreting experiments.
Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, creativity, organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills (written, verbal, and listening).
Language: Fluent in English (verbal and written).
Teamwork: Ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders, functional teams, and engineers at all levels.
Multitasking: Proven ability to manage multiple projects under strict deadlines.
Education: Advanced degree (Ph.D. or MS with at least 3 years of relevant research experience) in Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field.
Must Have Skills
Search & Retrieval: Vector databases, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation)
Data Extraction/Parsing: OCR, GenAI-based extraction from unstructured documents (PDFs, PNGs, Texts, etc.)
Model/Agent Evaluation Frameworks: Text-to-SQL evaluation, RAG evaluation
