Gen AI Engineer
We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative AI/GenAI Engineer with 8–10 years of overall software development experience and strong expertise in Generative AI technologies. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience designing and developing AI agents, building agentic workflows, and creating scalable AI-powered solutions using modern frameworks and tools.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered applications and intelligent agent-based solutions.
Architect and implement scalable GenAI systems using modern AI frameworks and tools.
Build, customize, and optimize AI Agents for complex business use cases.
Develop and integrate custom tools, APIs, and plugins within agentic frameworks.
Design and implement Multi-Agent Systems and agent orchestration workflows.
Create and maintain Model Context Protocol (MCP) integrations and custom MCP tools.
Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to identify AI-driven opportunities.
Evaluate emerging AI technologies and recommend innovative solutions.
Optimize AI application performance, scalability, security, and reliability.
Stay current with advancements in Large Language Models (LLMs), Agentic AI, and GenAI technologies.
Required Skills
Core Technical Skills
8–10 years of software engineering experience.
Strong programming expertise in Python.
Hands-on experience designing, developing, and deploying AI Agents.
Strong understanding of Agentic AI architectures and workflows.
Experience with LangChain framework and related AI orchestration libraries.
Ability to build, customize, and extend agents using custom tools and integrations.
Experience implementing and managing Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers and tools.
Strong knowledge of Large Language Models (LLMs) and GenAI ecosystems.
Experience integrating AI solutions with enterprise applications and APIs.
