Job Description:
Consult on complex initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning for Software Engineering.
Review and analyze complex, multi-faceted, larger-scale or long-term Software Engineering challenges requiring in-depth evaluation of multiple factors.
Contribute to resolving complex situations with a solid understanding of policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
Collaborate strategically with client personnel.
Required Qualifications:
5+ years of Software Engineering experience or equivalent (work, training, military, education).
Develop Gen AI applications using LLMs, agentic frameworks, and related technologies.
Integrate AI models with enterprise systems and Cloud products.
Work with Java, Python, OpenShift containers, and large-scale applications.
Stay updated with AI advancements and apply them to real-world solutions.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
Lead teams, ensure risk compliance, and mentor junior engineers.
Preferred Skills and Experience:
5+ years of software engineering experience.
5+ years working with Java, Python, OpenShift containers.
3+ years in data engineering & AI/ML or Cloud GCP.
2+ years experience with SDLC & Agile tools (JIRA, GitHub, Jenkins).
