Full Stack AI Engineer

Problems you'll be working on You will build the agentic infrastructure, user experience and feedback loops to scale AMT across 1000s of customers.

Building a UX that enables a marketer to give feedback on emails written and the loop to feed that data directly into prompts to improve our product

Building a product that consumes social media content created by influencers and extracting qualitative attributes, given a few quantitative markers

Build internal workflow automations to remove manual tasks from influencer marketing workflows

This could be you, if:

You’re experienced

with ideally 3+ years in software engineering, with a good mix of experience across both frontend and backend languages

You

enjoy speaking to customers , conducting user interviews and updating design decisions based on user feedback

You like owning projects fully

and taking them from 0 → 1

You have a growth mindset

and are happy learning new things, especially when they're important for the team's success

You are curious about people

and you find the idea of emulating and improving upon human communication with AI exciting

You’re interested in marketing technology

We use Python, Scala, LangGraph, OpenAI/Gemini, React & NextJS, all deployed over Google Cloud. We aren’t married to any tool or framework- and are always open to use the best tool for the job.

Compensation Equity: 0.5% - 1%

This is an

in-person

role in San Francisco. For exceptional non-US candidates, we will support visa sponsorship. AMT started as a small team in London, and many of us required this help in making our way to SF.
