Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Full Stack AI Engineer with expertise in Agentic AI, Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and Python development. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience building autonomous AI agents, intelligent workflow automation solutions, and enterprise-grade AI applications using modern LLMs such as Claude, OpenAI GPT, Gemini, or similar foundation models. This role requires strong experience integrating AI solutions with enterprise systems, APIs, cloud platforms, and modern data architectures. The candidate should be proficient in AI orchestration frameworks, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), vector databases, embeddings, and full-stack application development.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and deploy enterprise-grade AI-powered applications using Python.
Build autonomous AI agents and Agentic AI workflows for business automation.
Develop scalable applications leveraging LLMs such as OpenAI GPT, Claude, Gemini, or similar models.
Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines using vector databases and embeddings.
Build AI orchestration workflows using frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, Semantic Kernel, or LlamaIndex.
Develop backend APIs and integrate AI services into enterprise applications.
Build modern full-stack web applications with responsive user interfaces.
Integrate AI applications with enterprise platforms, databases, APIs, and cloud services.
Optimize AI model performance, prompt engineering, inference latency, and scalability.
Collaborate with Data Engineers, Product Owners, Cloud Engineers, and Business stakeholders.
Participate in architecture reviews, code reviews, and technical design discussions.
Troubleshoot production issues and continuously improve AI solution performance.
Maintain documentation and follow software engineering best practices.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
10+ years of software development experience.
Strong hands-on experience in Python development.
Experience building Agentic AI and AI-driven workflow automation solutions.
Strong knowledge of Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs).
Experience working with Claude, OpenAI GPT, Gemini, or similar foundation models.
Experience building full-stack applications, REST APIs, and backend services.
Experience integrating AI solutions with enterprise applications and cloud environments.
Strong problem-solving, debugging, and communication skills.
