Insight Global is seeking a .NET Full Stack AI Engineer for one of our top property management clients. This individual will serve as a hands-on engineer responsible for designing, building, and deploying modern business applications and automation solutions across various business functions. The ideal candidate is a strong full-stack developer at their core, with expertise in the Microsoft technology stack, while also embracing AI-powered development practices and emerging AI capabilities.\n\nThis person will partner directly with business stakeholders to identify opportunities for automation, process improvement, and digital transformation. They should be excited about exploring the "art of the possible" with AI, leveraging modern tools and technologies to rapidly build solutions that create measurable business value.\n\nThis role is primarily hands-on development, with regular collaboration and design discussions with technical leadership and business partners.\n\nKey Responsibilities\nDesign, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack applications using C#, .NET, ASP.NET Core, Blazor, and modern web technologies.\n\nBuild intuitive user experiences and business applications that streamline and automate operational processes.\n\nCollaborate directly with business teams to understand workflows, identify inefficiencies, and develop automation solutions.\n\nLeverage AI technologies, agentic workflows, and automation tools to enhance business processes and application capabilities.\n\nUtilize AI-powered development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, ChatGPT, or similar tools to accelerate development, improve code quality, and increase productivity.\n\nDesign and develop cloud-native solutions within Microsoft Azure, utilizing Azure services to support application scalability, reliability, and automation initiatives.\n\nManage source control, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment processes through Azure DevOps.\n\nDevelop integrations between business systems, APIs, databases, and AI services.\nParticipate in technical design discussions and bring innovative ideas regarding AI adoption, automation opportunities, and emerging technologies.\n\nProduce clean, maintainable, and secure code with strong attention to performance, scalability, logging, and error handling.\n\nParticipate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, standups, demos, and retrospectives.\n\nPay ranges from $25-$33/hr based on qualifications and years of experience.
