Frontline AI Engineer: Deploy & Optimize for Customers

Digital Waffle in San Francisco is hiring Forward Deployed Engineers to sit at the point where the product meets the customer. You will own enterprise deployments end to end, from kickoff and integration to the moment the customer sees value, then turn pilots into contracts. You'll build and tune AI agent behavior, integrate with customers' CRMs, ERPs, and internal APIs, work directly with customer champions, and help shape the roadmap with founders and the core team.
