Founding Senior AI Engineer - Remote, Equity, Impact

Workstream is hiring a Staff engineer to lead AI-Native Services (AINS) from zero to one. As the first engineer on the team, you will shape architecture, set engineering bar, and build the team that follows, owning components, failure modes, and reusable future work. This full-time remote role offers impact, collaboration with design customers, and the chance to influence delivery, instrumentation, and governance as the company grows.
