Founding Forward-Deployed AI Engineer (Remote)

Atomic is hiring a forward-deployed engineer to build domain-specific AI agents deployed in customer environments. You will own from architecture to production, embedding AI-native capabilities into real workflows and leading the technical engagement with clients. You will ship quickly, evaluate impact, and decide when to fine-tune, prompt, or route across models. This role requires hands-on coding, customer-facing work, and a strong bias for pragmatic, scalable AI delivery.
