Founding AI Engineering Leader for Real Estate Tech

Abstract is building the AI operating layer for real estate title and settlement. You will lead three engineers across levels, shaping architecture, code, and team growth, while staying hands-on in production code and AI tooling. You’ll define technical standards, guide the evaluation and guardrail framework, and partner with the CEO and Head of Product to scale the platform across agencies and states. This is a founder‑level, high-ownership opportunity.
