Founding AI Engineer & Technical Product Co-Founder

Fairwater Labs is building an AI platform to maximize workforce attention in high-risk environments. We seek a Founding Engineer / Technical Product Co-Founder to own the architecture, roadmap, and early engineering team from day one. You will ship production-grade AI tools, iterate with early users, and define the tech stack while collaborating with non-technical stakeholders and a future Go-to-Market Co-Founder. This is a remote-first role in the U.S.
