Founding AI Engineer - Production Agents for Real Work

Mason is seeking an engineer to take a customer's operational problem and turn it into software used daily. This forward-deployed role works directly with customers, learns their data, and builds the agents, integrations, and applications that change how they operate. You own work from the first conversation through production and ongoing improvement, sit with operators and IT, make architecture decisions, write code, and translate learnings into reusable tools and product improvements.
