Overview
You’ll Work On
The AI engine that turns sales teams into 24/7 revenue machines. (Example: A plumber’s best lead opens an email at midnight → your system chooses: AI calls now, rep at 7 AM, or trigger the closing sequence.)
Architecting prompt router + agent API layer
Building eval loop with feedback signals from calls, CRM, SMS
Plugging into our existing backend (Node.js + Typescript) with scoped AI modules
Deploying agents with clear scoring, fallback, and traceability
Designing infra to scale across verticals like insurance, lending, and solar
What You Bring
Shipped LLM products that moved revenue
Can diagram lead → score → action in
Know why most AI SDRs fail — and how to fix it
Optimize for customer dollars, not model metrics
Requirements
4+ years in backend, infra, or systems roles (Python, Node, Go)
Strong hands-on experience with OpenAI/Anthropic APIs, LangChain, RAG
Built something live using prompt orchestration, eval scoring, or fallback flows
Ability to move fast, own infra end-to-end, and deliver results in production
Bonus: startup experience, vertical SaaS, or voice/text agent background
