Founding AI Engineer - Build Zero-to-One Autonomous Agents

CGS is seeking a founding-level engineer in San Francisco to build AI-native products from zero to one. You will own large areas of the tech stack, from UI and agent workflows to model orchestration and infrastructure, with significant autonomy and direct user interaction. This in-person, full-time role requires exceptional technical ability and product judgment, and offers the opportunity to shape the company’s architecture and engineering culture at the ground floor.
