Founding AI Engineer: Build Next-Gen Retrieval Engine

ZeroEntropy is building the next-generation information retrieval engine. We are hiring a Founding AI Engineer to bridge research and production, designing, training, and optimizing ML systems for performance-critical environments. You will ship core technology, prototype new ideas from papers, and own data pipelines, training workflows, and inference systems. You should enjoy low-abstraction design, type-safe code, and be comfortable with C++/CUDA when needed.
