Role As a founding AI engineer, you'll play a key role in architecting, implementing, and deploying projects that impact the lives of millions of patients.
You'll develop a cutting edge search and retrieval product, design and ship beautifully simple user interfaces, and architect systems to make the world's medical knowledge accessible.
Responsibilities
Lead initiatives across frontend, backend, data, and infrastructure
Develop infrastructure for low-latency search and retrieval systems
Research and develop novel search and retrieval techniques that leverage LLMs
Ingest, index, and process datasets comprising of millions of complex documents
Play a key role in shaping our engineering organization and company culture
Qualifications
5+ years of engineering experience in product-driven companies
Experience across frontend, backend, and data processing systems
Proficiency in Python, Typescript, PostgreSQL
Passion for AI and LLMs
Strong opinions about code quality with pragmatic delivery
