Our first engineers will sit at the heart of the company: building production-ready agent workflows, co-owning the 0→1 technical build, and shaping the DNA of the product and company.
Compensation will be highly competitive, with significant upside in both cash and equity.
What You'll Do
Work directly with the founders to design, build, and iterate on AI agents that solve high-value workflows.
Own the full stack: from data ingestion and infrastructure to LLM processing, evaluation, monitoring, and delivery into the front end.
Build pipelines and infrastructure that turn unstructured inputs into structured, reliable outputs.
Architect production-grade reasoning agents — multi-step, evaluable systems that deliver trustworthy results.
