Forward-Deployed AI Engineer, VLM & VFM

Matroid is seeking a forward-deployed engineer to lead the deployment of vision-language and visual foundation models across manufacturing, automotive, logistics and more. You will build industrial-grade imaging systems and integrate Matroid into customer workflows, spanning cloud, edge, and hybrid environments. You will define benchmarks, evaluate model performance, and collaborate with customers to tailor solutions, while presenting training sessions and deployment playbooks.
