Forward Deployed AI Engineer

Working remotely, the full-time salaried Forward Deployed AI Engineer will engage with enterprise teams to architect and implement AI solutions, ensuring systems are production-ready while managing stakeholder expectations and delivering value through consultative discovery. Key responsibilities

Lead workshops and process discovery to identify genuine AI problems and assess data readiness Design and build end-to-end agentic systems, focusing on data sourcing, retrieval architecture, and integration Own the delivery system, including CI/CD for AI, and manage post-launch operations and evaluation metrics

Required qualifications

8-10+ years of experience in ML, data, and software engineering with a strong foundation in Python Proven track record of deploying and maintaining LLM and agent systems in production environments Experience with retrieval and model behavior, including embeddings and hybrid search Strong consulting skills with the ability to lead client conversations and translate technical decisions into business outcomes Familiarity with data integration patterns and tools, such as ETL/ELT, and data readiness assessment
