First AI Engineer — Build Internal AI Tools for a VC

Unusual Ventures is hiring its first AI Engineer to build the internal systems that scale our small team. You’ll own the stack, set technical standards, and ship tools used daily across sourcing, diligence, and portfolio support. This is a hands-on builder role in the Bay Area, with 3–6 years of software experience and experience shipping LLM-powered products. You’ll work directly with partners and portfolio companies to shape what we build.
