Develop and validate testing of models within Risk & Compliance functions
Take ownership of projects, overseeing their successful planning, budgeting, execution, quality, and completion

Analyze and solve complex problems to develop top-quality deliverables

What You Must Have
Bachelor's Degree
5 years of experience in machine learning and generative AI development
What Sets You Apart
Doctor of Philosophy in Business Administration/Management, Mathematical Statistics, Risk Management, Statistics preferred
Proficiency in analytical software and tools
Demonstrating proven experience applying statistical and machine learning techniques
Risk or controls background
Leading teams and complex engagements
Business development experience in consulting
Managing technical and logistical aspects of projects
Mentoring teams and providing constructive feedback

The salary range for this position is: $99,000 - $232,000, plus eligibility for an annual discretionary bonus. For roles based in Maryland, this is the listed salary range.
