We are seeking Data & AI Engineers to build intelligent customer experience solutions leveraging cloud technologies, analytics, and AI/ML capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
Design and implement CCaaS and IVA solutions.
Develop and maintain scalable data pipelines, models, and datasets.
Build AI/ML solutions for customer engagement and analytics.
Support cloud-native application development and deployment.
Implement secure and highly available cloud architectures.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to deliver data-driven solutions.
Required Qualifications
4+ years of software development experience.
Experience with Java, Kafka, APIs, SQL, and cloud platforms.
Knowledge of AI/ML technologies including TensorFlow, XGBoost, SARIMA, Prophet, and prompt engineering.
Experience with GCP services including BigQuery, Cloud Run, Pub/Sub, and Apigee.
Experience with Relational and NoSQL databases.
Strong understanding of cloud security, architecture, and DevOps practices.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with customer experience platforms and contact center technologies. xsgimln
