We are seeking a CCaaS and Conversational AI Engineer to design, implement, and optimize modern customer experience platforms and AI-powered contact center solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Design and implement scalable CCaaS and IVA solutions.
Develop conversational IVR solutions using NLP, NLU, and AI technologies.
Integrate speech-to-text and text-to-speech solutions.
Develop cloud-native customer service platforms on GCP.
Implement omnichannel routing, dialer, and campaign management capabilities.
Support migrations from legacy contact center platforms.
Required Qualifications
4+ years of software development experience.
Strong experience with Java, Python, APIs, and Microservices.
Experience with CCaaS platforms and Conversational AI technologies.
Hands-on experience with Kafka, Relational and NoSQL databases.
Experience with GCP services such as GKE, Cloud Run, Pub/Sub, Apigee, and BigQuery.
Understanding of Terraform, IAM, encryption, OAuth, and cloud security.
Strong knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD, and Agile methodologies.
