Embedded AI Engineer for Compliance (Remote-First)

Coinbase, Inc. is seeking an experienced engineer to embed with Compliance leadership, surfacing automation opportunities across transaction monitoring, sanctions screening, and exam readiness, and rapidly prototyping solutions on Coinbase's AI platform. You will own the Compliance automation roadmap, define build-vs-buy strategies, ensure auditability and human-in-the-loop controls, and drive adoption through cross-functional collaboration with engineering and Compliance teams.
