Embedded AI Engineer – Compliance Automation Lead

Coinbase seeks a founding engineer to embed within Compliance, reporting to the Office of the CTO. You will surface high-value automation opportunities in transaction monitoring and regulatory workflows, prototype rapidly on Coinbase's AI platform, and drive adoption of AI tooling across the Compliance org. You will define the automation roadmap, translate regulatory processes into engineering requirements, and ensure outputs are auditable, defensible, and compliant with regulations.
