Joining a dynamic team, the full-time remote Edge AI Engineer will design, optimize, and deploy machine learning models for resource-constrained edge devices, focusing on model compression, quantization, and hardware-aware optimization.
Key Responsibilities
Design and implement edge AI solutions optimized for diverse hardware including mobile SoCs and embedded accelerators
Apply techniques such as quantization and pruning to fit models within edge constraints while tuning performance for latency and energy efficiency
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align AI capabilities with device constraints and implement secure execution paths on edge devices
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field
Six or more years of experience in ML engineering, particularly with edge or mobile AI
Strong proficiency in Python and C++
Hands-on experience with model compression, quantization, and pruning techniques
Experience deploying ML models to production on mobile or embedded platforms
