Director of AI Engineering — Remote, Scalable AI

Capital One is seeking a Director of AI Engineering to lead the Intelligent Foundations and Experiences (IFX) team. You will shape platform-level AI infrastructure, ML model access, routing, observability, and cost management behind a single governed interface. You will collaborate with engineers, researchers, PMs, and architects to deliver AI-powered products, evaluate make-vs-buy decisions, and drive scalable, responsible AI across the enterprise.
