Lead and develop a high-performing engineering team, fostering a culture of communication and continuous learning

Drive the design and implementation of AI solutions, ensuring model evaluation, governance, and monitoring for optimal performance
Required Qualifications
10-15 years of industry experience in software, machine learning, or data engineering
Proven experience in building and leading engineering teams to deliver advanced AI solutions
Hands-on experience with model fine-tuning, A/B testing, and drift detection methodologies
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or a related field
Familiarity with compliance and regulatory requirements in AI-driven decisioning environments
