Director of AI Engineering

To lead AI initiatives and drive architectural strategy, the full-time remote Director of AI Engineering will define enterprise-wide AI architecture, implement best practices, and oversee the development of secure, scalable AI solutions while collaborating with cross-functional teams. Key Responsibilities

Define and lead the enterprise AI architecture strategy, establishing best practices for AI/ML solutions Design secure and scalable AI solutions using advanced technologies while ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations Manage cross-functional collaboration to deliver integrated AI solutions that meet business requirements and drive innovation

Required Qualifications

Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field 10+ years of experience in information technology, with at least 7 years in enterprise or solutions architecture roles 5+ years of experience in AI/ML architecture, including hands-on experience with Large Language Models and AI application development 7+ years of experience in healthcare technology with a deep understanding of health data standards and regulatory compliance Proven experience leading architecture teams and managing diverse technical teams
