Director of AI Engineering

Leading multiple engineering teams, the full-time salaried Director of AI Engineering will drive the organization's adoption of AI-augmented software delivery, shape engineering strategy, and ensure alignment across product, design, and engineering in a hybrid work environment. Key responsibilities

Own technical delivery and ensure operational excellence and engineering quality across major product domains Define and drive technical strategy aligned with product roadmaps and long-term AI transformation goals Establish and scale engineering practices and standards, including machine-readable standards as code frameworks

Required qualifications

3+ years of experience managing multiple engineering teams through Engineering Managers 10+ years of professional engineering experience, including leadership in large-scale software delivery organizations Demonstrated ability to lead multi-team engineering organizations and drive operational excellence Experience in AI-era workforce planning and organizational design Strong capability in defining technology strategy and making investment decisions aligned with business priorities
