Key responsibilities
Define and implement how AI operates across the entire product, ensuring seamless integration of intelligent workflows
Manage a multi-team organization to execute the vision for AI-powered business operations

Required qualifications
Proven experience building and leading production AI systems, particularly in agent orchestration and workflow execution
Strong background in managing multiple teams and driving organizational growth in complex environments
Deep understanding of product and systems thinking, with a focus on customer outcomes
Experience in evaluating AI systems for reliability, safety, and performance improvements
Ability to balance speed, quality, and safety in execution while navigating technical debt
