Director, Codex Applied AI Engineering

OpenAI is seeking a Manager, Applied AI Engineering (Codex) in San Francisco. You will lead a team of Applied AI Engineers driving Codex adoption across strategic customers, designing scalable AI-enabled development workflows and architectures, and partnering across Sales, Product, Research, and Engineering. You will shape the operating model, coach engineers, and translate customer needs into reusable patterns and product insights.
