Role Summary
We are looking for a Data Scientist / AI Engineer to support Enablement & Outreach efforts, ensuring the successful integration and communication of AI technologies within NATO initiatives. This role is critical in driving AI innovation and achieving strategic goals within a collaborative and dynamic environment.
Responsibilities
Utilize your expertise in Machine Learning and Deep Learning (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras) to develop AI solutions.
Conduct data visualization using tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, or equivalent.
Program using languages such as Python, R, Java, or C++ to enhance AI capabilities.
Lead AI outreach, training, enablement, and communication activities.
Contribute to NATO AI/ML projects and support interoperability objectives.
Demonstrate proficiency in English (STANAG 6001 - SLP 4444) for effective communication.
Essential Skills & Experience
Hold a Bachelor's degree in Data Science, AI/ML, Computer Science, or a related field.
Possess 3-5 years of experience as a Data Scientist / AI Engineer.
Strong background in AI enablement, training, and communication.
Familiarity with NATO AI/ML initiatives and goals.
Desirable Skills & Experience
Experience with AI projects within defense or security sectors.
Knowledge of additional programming languages or tools relevant to AI development.
Previous participation in AI innovation and research projects.
Please note: US Secret Security Clearance or higher and NATO nationality are essential requirements for this role.
