What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Design and lead the implementation of cross-platform cybersecurity automation workflows
- Translate strategic needs into executable solutions using a mix of tools
- Orchestrate telemetry ingestion, workflow triggers, enrichment, and response logic
- Collaborate with engineers, analysts, and domain owners to ensure automation delivers measurable outcomes
- Ensure governance, safety controls, and enterprise readiness of all automation pipelines
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience in security engineering, platform integration, or automation architecture
- Strong working knowledge of security tooling and APIs (ServiceNow, Defender XDR, Sentinel, etc.)
- Experience designing automations across multiple platforms using scripting, APIs, and orchestration tools
- Ability to drive results without owning tools and operate cross-functionally in a federated environment
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with ITSM workflows, CMDB, detection logic, and risk-based prioritization
- Experience leading technical projects with high-impact outcomes across large organizations
- Strong communicator who can clearly document workflows, governance decisions, and integration logic
