Creative Ai Workflow Specialist / Creative Ai Engineer

Berlin, DE | Germany (REMOTE) | Stuttgart, DE We are more than 2,000 colleagues in 24 design studios on four continents—a highly collaborative team of experts in product experiences, digital marketing, and immersive technologies. Our solutions come to life where creativity and technology meet—with a clear focus on the needs and experiences of users. Whether it's augmented reality, digital twins, AI ecosystems, omnichannel commerce, or integrated campaigns: we create connections between people and brands—in the B2B as well as the B2C sector. As part of the global technology innovator Infosys, we have the scaling and expertise to turn big ideas into reality—and implement them worldwide. We are a motion picture & 3D production with a focus on high-quality CGI and content production for strong brands (including automotive, fashion, consumer goods). Our sweet spot: creative exploration with GenAI—and if necessary, campaign-capable, pixel-perfect results in production scale. Your Role You bring GenAI image generation and editing (especially ComfyUI) into our CGI/compositing pipeline so that ideas quickly become realistic, consistent, and brand-worthy visuals. What You Will Do 1.) Look Development & Concept Exploration You develop image worlds, motifs, and variations for campaigns You work with ComfyUI in existing graphs, maintain them, and expand them for specific use cases (e.g., environment/background, product integration, series variants). You build prompt frameworks/prompt blueprints to maintain consistency and quality across series. 2.) CGI Enhancement & "AI as Finish" You use GenAI as a finish layer after 3D: enhancement, compositing support, details, realism, consistency. You work closely with 3D/CGI/compositing (including C4D, Maya, Unreal, Nuke, After Effects, Photoshop, Substance). You help solve typical production challenges (e.g., product accuracy, proportions, level of detail). 3.) Workflow Quality & Scalability You rely on batch/automation in ComfyUI (queues, variants, reproducible runs). You evaluate models/approaches (quality/speed) and apply them appropriately to the use case. You document ComfyUI templates/workflows and create best practice guides so that teams can continue to work cleanly. For small automations, you occasionally use scripts/helpers (Python/JS). For larger infrastructure/engineering topics, there is separate engineering support. What You Bring Hands-on experience with GenAI in the imaging context, including image generation as well as targeted editing and quality improvement Secure practice with ComfyUI, especially node-based workflows, clean graphs, and troubleshooting Profound understanding of image design and visual quality, e.g., composition, lighting, materiality, and style Experience or a sound understanding of CGI and compositing pipelines, including handovers, render logic, and the path from setup to final image Portfolio or work samples that demonstrate realism, consistency, and visual quality under production-like constraints (beyond pure prompt experiments) Fluent German and/or English skills (at least B2-C1) are required. What Additionally Excites Us (Bonus, but Not Mandatory) Git basics (versioning of workflows/configs) Small scripting skills (Python/JS) for helpers Experience with API-based tools (cloud) and/or local setups (compliance) Automotive/fashion/consumer goods experience (e.g., product staging, brand look, consistency) 3D dataprep know-how (CAD cleanup, UV/material-prep, lighting presets, AOVs/depth) How We Work You work with an interdisciplinary team (creative direction, CGI/3D, motion/comp, engineering). Typical review: 2 feedback loops (internal/lead + approval). Quality is important to us: campaign-capable / photorealistic / pixel-perfect, but we clearly distinguish between exploration and final. Primarily remote within Germany, with about 2 days/month on-site in Stuttgart. Everyday language in the team is mostly German—you don't have to be perfect, but communication-capable (English is of course). Our Local Benefits Flexible working hours Work from wherever suits you best. At home or in the office, as you prefer Work for strong brands and clients we believe in Contribution to the Urban Sports Club Employee benefits & discounts via corporate benefits Open and nice people in all teams Sounds like you? Then grab your laptop and apply—we look forward to having you on our creative journey! Please send us: CV Portfolio/showreel (very gladly with 2–3 case slides) Optional very helpful: 1 example workflow (screenshot/export of your ComfyUI graph + short explanation: input → steps → output → how you ensure consistency & product accuracy) We are particularly excited about examples in which you have solved product fidelity, proportions, and realism under constraints. For us, what matters is your personality and your professional skills. Your gender, age, or appearance, your origin, or sexual orientation play no role for us—we are open to working with any person.
