Seeking a full-time Corporate AI Engineer to design and manage an internal software factory for AI agent development, oversee AI standards and governance, and maintain core AI infrastructure, all while working remotely.
Key Responsibilities
Design, build, and maintain the internal developer platform for AI agents and automated workflows
Establish AI standards and governance, ensuring responsible integration across teams
Manage the company's central AI infrastructure layer, including usage analytics and model management
Required Qualifications
3-6 years of software engineering experience in a corporate or enterprise environment
Hands-on experience with AI ecosystem enablement, including APIs and agent frameworks
Proficiency in building and operating internal developer platforms or CI/CD infrastructure
Experience with cloud infrastructure and container orchestration technologies
Strong ability to translate governance requirements into technical controls
