Overview We are seeking a highly motivated contractor to support vaccine research through computational biology, multi-omics data integration, and AI-enabled research workflows. Will develop analytical tools and data systems for bulk RNA-seq, single-cell RNA-seq, TCR sequencing, BCR sequencing, and host immune profiling datasets.
Responsibilities
Conduct bioanalytical assays such as LC-MS/MS, HPLC, and immunoassays Analyze and interpret data from biological samples Prepare and validate analytical methods and protocols Maintain and calibrate laboratory instruments and equipment Document procedures, results, and observations in compliance with regulatory requirements Ensure compliance with Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) and safety standards Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support project objectives Participate in troubleshooting and optimization of analytical methods Requirements
Bachelor's degree in chemistry, biochemistry, or a related field required; Master's degree preferred 2-4 years of experience in bioanalytical testing, pharmaceutical development, or a related area Expertise in bioanalytical techniques such as LC-MS/MS, HPLC, and immunoassays Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Attention to detail and accuracy in data recording Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards Familiarity with data analysis software and tools
