Partnering with the Executive Director of AI Engineering, the full-time Chief of Staff, AI Engineering will drive strategy, execution, and operational excellence across Lenovo's global Qira AI organization in a remote capacity.
Key responsibilities
Lead execution of complex engineering initiatives across AI research, platform engineering, product development, and commercialization
Drive cross-functional alignment among engineering, product management, design, and executive leadership to ensure successful program delivery
Establish and improve engineering operating mechanisms, including planning, governance, and performance metrics
Required qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field
10+ years of experience in leading large-scale software engineering programs or technical program management
Experience supporting senior engineering executives or leading complex software platform deliveries
Strong understanding of modern software engineering practices and AI technologies
Proven ability to manage globally distributed engineering organizations
