Brand-Embedded AI Engineer: Ship AI in Live Commerce Ops

Pollyester is seeking an AI/ML engineer who prefers building inside a real business to a backlogged roadmap. You will embed with a commerce brand and ship AI into production workflows where revenue happens, learning order flow, data cleanliness, and decision points. From first discussion to running in production, you own the work, build in the brand's stack and data, keep it running, instrument results, and bring lessons back to future projects.
