Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced Azure AI Foundry AI Engineer to design, develop, and deploy enterprise-grade Generative AI, Agentic AI, and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) applications. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Python development, AI orchestration frameworks, Azure AI services, and Responsible AI practices within the Client Azure ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and develop AI agents, copilots, and RAG-based applications using Azure AI Foundry / Azure AI Studio.
Build, fine-tune, and integrate Large Language Models (LLMs) with enterprise applications and data pipelines.
Develop intelligent workflows using frameworks such as LangChain, Semantic Kernel, or crewAI.
Implement AI model evaluation and monitoring tools such as RAGAS or TruLens to improve grounding accuracy and reduce hallucinations.
Integrate Azure OpenAI Service, Azure Machine Learning, Client Fabric, and Copilot Studio into scalable AI solutions.
Develop reusable AI components and scalable cloud-native AI infrastructure following CI/CD and engineering best practices.
Ensure Responsible AI compliance, governance, security, privacy, and adherence to Model Context Protocol (MCP).
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including architects, developers, business stakeholders, and data engineers.
Support deployment, testing, monitoring, and optimization of AI applications in production environments.
Required Skills:
Strong programming experience in Python and prompt engineering.
Hands-on experience with Azure AI Foundry / Azure AI Studio and Azure OpenAI Service.
Experience with AI orchestration frameworks such as LangChain, Semantic Kernel, or crewAI.
Strong understanding of Generative AI, Agentic AI, and RAG architectures.
Experience with Azure Machine Learning, Client Fabric, and cloud-native AI deployments.
Knowledge of Responsible AI principles, AI governance, security, and MCP standards.
Experience with observability, evaluation, and AI testing frameworks such as RAGAS or TruLens.
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, version control, and scalable AI infrastructure management.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, AI/ML, or related field.
2β5+ years of experience in Software Engineering, AI/ML Engineering, or Generative AI application development.
Strong communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.
